Time4Cube and Junior Cube Association are initiatives operating under the Cube Learn Proprietary account for all banking and legal compliance purposes. Brain Gymnasticx is also a part of this group and contributes to the platform’s educational mission.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Time4Cube, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Use of the Platform

Time4Cube is designed for educational and recreational purposes for children. Users may:

• Use the timer for practice and join friendly competitions (non-official)
• Submit performance videos for verification (optional for certain challenges)

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or submit misleading information
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property of others
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the system

3. Accounts and Conduct

Each user must create an account. Parents or guardians are encouraged to supervise use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for suspicious or inappropriate behavior.

4. Leaderboard Events

Participants must follow the instructions provided, including:

• Using assigned scrambles
• Submitting their video solves honestly
• Respecting timelines for verification

Final decision on leaderboard rankings will be at the discretion of the admin.

5. Access and Charges

Time4Cube is currently free to use during the beta testing phase. Once successfully tested, a nominal fee may be introduced for continued access.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” While we strive to ensure accuracy and performance, we are not liable for any data loss, technical glitches, or user misbehavior.

7. Modifications to the Platform

We may update, change, or discontinue any aspect of Time4Cube, including features, design, or access permissions, without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing changes.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on Time4Cube (including graphics, software, logos, and text) is the property of Junior Cube Association or its licensors. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us with proper documentation at reviewjca@gmail.com.

9. Indemnification

By using this platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Time4Cube, Junior Cube Association, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the platform.

10. Admin Roles and Representation

Only authorized administrators appointed under the Cube Learn Proprietary structure have the authority to operate, manage, or represent Time4Cube and its associated platforms including Junior Cube Association and Brain Gymnasticx. Any communication or agreement made by individuals outside this designation is not legally binding on the organization.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the revised terms.

12. Payment, Renewal, Referral, and Contest Participation

The following terms are outlined in advance and are not yet in force. These provisions will only become applicable upon formal announcement of payment integration by Cube Learn Proprietary.

This section will become fully applicable once the beta phase concludes and payments are activated.

• Payments: Access to certain features or events may require payment through secure third-party gateways. Payment details will be governed by the respective gateway’s terms.
• Renewals: Annual or periodic renewals may apply for premium features or leaderboard eligibility. These will be clearly communicated in advance.
• Referral Programs: Time4Cube may offer referral benefits or incentives to users who invite new participants. All referral activity must comply with our integrity and fairness guidelines.
• Quizzes and Contests: From time to time, we may host online contests or quizzes for engagement. Winners may be featured on our leaderboard or receive recognition. Participation must be fair, honest, and rule-compliant.
