Under applicable privacy laws such as the GDPR, ‘personal data’ refers to any information relating to an identifiable person. This includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, IP addresses, age, and usage statistics. Time4Cube specifically collects information only as needed for users under the age of 18 for educational and engagement purposes.
Parents may view, manage, or request deletion of their child’s data by contacting our support team. No data is knowingly collected without a parent/guardian’s knowledge.
We may use services like Google Drive, Firebase, or similar for secure storage and hosting. Data shared with these platforms is governed by their privacy terms.
We use secure protocols and restrict access to admin-level accounts only. However, no digital platform is 100% immune to threats.
Practice logs may be stored for up to 12 months for leaderboard reference. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
Time4Cube is intended for children, but we do not collect any personal information directly from children under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Parental consent is mandatory for account creation. Parents may request access to or deletion of their child’s information by contacting us.
We may use cookies, local storage, and third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) to understand usage patterns and improve user experience. These do not collect personally identifiable information without consent. Users may manage cookie preferences via their browser settings.
Local Storage, also known as DOM storage, is used to store non-sensitive data directly in the user’s
browser, allowing faster access and improved experience without transmitting it through HTTP headers. We may also use sessions to identify which areas of the platform a user has visited, enhancing personalization and user flow.
We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011, and ensure reasonable security practices and procedures.
If Time4Cube, Junior Cube Association, or any affiliated platform is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure this is done securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Login credentials may be shared via WhatsApp to simplify onboarding for account access during the beta phase. It is the responsibility of the user or their parent/guardian to change this password upon first login and ensure it is stored securely.
To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting access to your personal data or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.
Please note, it is not technologically possible to erase every copy of your personal data from our backup systems. However, upon receiving your request, we will update or delete all personal data stored in active databases and searchable systems, to the extent technically and reasonably practicable.
If you are an end user seeking to manage your data, you may contact us directly or do so via the organization you are affiliated with (such as a school or club administrator).
